Sweet Keto Chef

I'm a professional Chef with over 20 years experience in fine dining and hospitality. In 2016 I lost 120lbs through eating a ketogenic diet and wrote a book about the desserts I ate while doing it.

In 2020 I started the UK's first keto craft chocolate business and in 2021 I became Britain's first keto chocolatier.

My ethical cocoa is sourced from the Huila region of Colombia, the Duarte region of The Dominican Republic, Guadalcanal in the Solomon Islands and Cusco in Peru.

I pay far higher than fair trade prices and ensure that the farmers get a fair price for their work. I make sure there is no child labour or modern slavery in the production of the cocoa unlike most other brands. 

Everything I produce is sweetened with erythritol and sometimes stevia. I make everything myself, by hand, in the beautiful Herefordshire countryside.
